RUSH&ATTACK EP - LIMITED EDITION 7" BLACK SMOKE VINYL

Three Ring Records is proud to partner with San Francisco's Rush&Attack for their debut release. This self-titled EP, containing six blistering tunes in six minutes, is presented on limited edition "Black Smoke" vinyl. Adhering to the band's DIY ethics, the hand-numbered, silkscreened sleeves display the original artwork of Brandon Swinehart, and each comes with a hand assembled zine. Though limited to only 300 records, the EP is also available at all major digital retailers. This limited edition record is available now at the link below!

Rush&Attack is a punk rock band from the edge of the western world: the crazy, awesome, fucked up city of San Francisco. Even though they sound like they came out of the California hardcore scene in the late 70s, two-thirds of the band wasn't even born in that decade. The Rush&Attack Symphonic Funtime Singalong Band is vegan and liberal, so they write songs about not killing animals, Gay Pride, and not really digging wars. Although they try to play really fast, occasionally their songs drag on for a full minute and a half.

Considering the focused intensity they display as a unit, the band's background is diverse. Ryan is from Kentucky, so he's just as happy sipping bourbon on your front porch as he is talking about the Ramones and playing bar chords. Kevin hails from the mega-metropolis of Santa Rosa, CA, and got his punk rock chops singing vegan anthems with Engage and pounding pleather skins with Siren (before selling out for indie street cred with Aim Low Kid). If you ask Alex where he's from, he'll claim Reno. This means he is really good at stealing your money and crushing your dreams on any given night.

If you like your punk rock with the raw energy of Black Flag, the thoughtfulness of Chomsky, and the attention span of the Minutemen, you should check out Rush&Attack. If not, Bible Study is down two doors and on your right.
